We are looking for an efficient Neuropsychology Associate to support brain-based audits, track developmental progress, and assist in mapping classroom strategies based on cognitive and behavioral observations.

The ideal candidate will have a background in neuropsychology, child development, or cognitive science. They should be able to work independently and collaboratively, bringing strong attention to detail and a passion for neuroscience-driven education.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Neuropsychology Associate to join our growing Neuropsych team. This role is ideal for recent graduates in Psychology or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience. The selected candidate will support the development and review of brain-based educational strategies, contribute to data audits, and assist in research activities. This position requires a fundamental understanding of child psychology, neurodevelopment, and scientific data handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits of brain-based activity data collected from Fueling Brains classrooms.
  • Coordinate with early learning coaches and educators to track children's developmental progress.
  • Assist in the mapping of strategies and classroom activities based on cognitive and behavioral observations.
  • Liaise with the Application Team for enhancements in brain-based learning applications.
  • Support in preparing neuroscience-aligned brain maps and research reviews.
  • Compile developmental reports and contribute to AI model training datasets for report automation.
  • Assist in preparing periodic audit reports of brain-based activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (mandatory).
  • 0–2 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates with research project experience are welcome.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fundamental understanding of child psychology and neurodevelopment.
  • Ability to analyze scientific data with attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in conventional and modern operating systems.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to research or project-based internships in developmental psychology or education.
  • Basic knowledge of cognitive development frameworks.

Work Environment Requirements:

  • Full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, India.
  • Collaborative work with cross-functional teams (Product, R&D, Education).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
