Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Field Service to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the design, development, deployment, and support of D365 CRM solutions, with a particular focus on Field Service module implementations.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to understand business needs and translate them into robust technical solutions that optimize field operations and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customizations, plug-ins, workflows, integrations, and extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly in the Field Service module.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Integrate D365 CRM with external systems via Power Platform, Azure Services (Logic Apps, Functions), REST APIs, and third-party tools.
• Participate in full-cycle implementation projects: requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and ensure best practices for D365 CRM customization.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing across the team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical development with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong hands-on experience in D365 Field Service module (mandatory).
• Proficiency in customization using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
