Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Consultant with over 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions in the D365 Finance & Operations environment. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in X++, integrations, customizations, and experience in full-cycle D365 F&O implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop technical solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ecosystem using X++, .NET, and related tools.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
• Customize and extend standard D365 F&O functionalities as per business needs.
• Develop and maintain data integrations using Data Entities, OData, DMF, and third-party APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in D365 F&O modules.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in full lifecycle implementations including discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Provide technical documentation and training to stakeholders when needed.
• Keep up to date with the latest D365 product releases and updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O technical development.
• Strong expertise in X++, MorphX, Visual Studio, LCS, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with integrations using OData, REST APIs, and third-party middleware.
• Sound knowledge of D365 F&O architecture, extensibility model, and security framework.
• Familiarity with Financial, SCM, or Retail modules is a plus.
• Experience in Data Management Framework (DMF) and data migration tools.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure ecosystem (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
