Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of industry experience in designing, developing, and deploying full-stack web applications with a strong focus on React.js and Node.js. You will play a critical role in leading projects, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
Lead end-to-end project delivery including architecture, design, development, and deployment
Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and other developers to deliver features
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with best practices
Optimize applications for performance and scalability
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
Implement RESTful APIs and work with third-party integrations
Participate in agile development processes (Scrum/Kanban)
Ensure the security and data protection of applications

Required Skills

Frontend : React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript (preferred)
Backend : Node.js, Express.js
Database : MongoDB, Mongoose
Cloud Platforms : AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.), Docker (preferred)
DevOps/CI-CD : Jenkins, Git, GitHub/GitLab
Testing : Jest, Mocha, Cypress (preferred)
Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web security best practices

Good To Have

Experience with GraphQL
Experience with performance tuning and scaling high-traffic applications
Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira or Trello
Previous experience in a client-facing or leadership role
