Mern Stack Developer

We are looking for a 3+ year experienced and passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in building scalable, high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Roles and Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack. Develop reusable, scalable, and secure code while adhering to best practices. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other team members to deliver quality solutions. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness. Handle RESTful API integrations and third-party services. Manage database architecture and ensure data security and integrity. Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development. Key Skills Required:Strong hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design. Experience with Git/GitHub and version control. Familiarity with API design, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and security best practices. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Experience with deployment tools like Docker, AWS, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Salary: 50k-1lac monthly
