We're an aggressively scaling marketing agency specializing in home improvement contractors, with a primary focus on roofing companies. We're seeking an A-Player Media Buyer who can take complete ownership of client campaigns from setup to optimization, driving measurable results that directly impact our clients' bottom line.

This isn't just another media buyer role – it's a career-defining opportunity with clear growth potential to CMO and team leadership as we scale from 4-6 new clients monthly.

• Design, launch, and optimize comprehensive paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Develop platform-specific strategies tailored to roofing and home improvement lead generation
• Manage complete campaign lifecycle from initial setup through ongoing optimization
• Create and execute A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and audience targeting

• Collaborate with creative teams or independently develop high-converting ad creatives
• Write compelling ad copy that resonates with homeowners in need of roofing services
• Develop seasonal campaign strategies (storm season, insurance claims, etc.)
• Create landing page copy and optimization strategies

• Maintain and exceed client KPIs (Cost Per Lead, Lead Quality, ROAS, etc.)
• Deliver comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis
• Present results and insights directly to clients during regular check-ins

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Conduct regular strategy calls and performance reviews
• Proactively communicate opportunities and optimizations
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention

• 3+ years

  of media buying experience with proven track record of managing six-figure monthly ad spends

• Demonstrated success

  managing roofing contractors OR extensive home improvement marketing experience

• Portfolio of results

  showing consistent achievement of lead generation KPIs
• Experience with storm restoration, insurance claims, and seasonal roofing marketing

• Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
• Advanced understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and UTM parameters
• Experience with CRM integration and lead tracking systems
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, reporting platforms)
