Role Overview:We are looking for a passionate graduate Chemical/ Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Piping (P&ID), Auto CAD, Revit ,skills development & related engineering tasks.
1. Chemical & Mechanical Engineer:
Requirements:
· Educational Background: Degree in Mechanical & Chemical Engineering.
· Software Skills: P&ID software tools (e.g., AutoCAD P&ID etc.)
· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clearly present P&ID information.
· Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex processes and propose practical solutions within P&ID development.
· Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and engineering practices related to P&ID design and piping engineering.
· Time Management: Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
· Enthusiasm: A passion for engineering, particularly in the field of P&ID development, and a strong desire to contribute to the success of projects.
Responsibilities:
· P&ID Development: Work closely with the engineering team to create and modify Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) using specialized software, ensuring accurate representation of all components and systems.
· P&ID Symbols and Legends: Assist in maintaining a comprehensive library of P&ID symbols and legends, ensuring consistency and adherence to industry standards.
· P&ID Reading: Learn to read and interpret P&IDs accurately, identifying various piping components, equipment, instrumentation, and their interconnections within the system.
· Geotagging: Assist in geotagging and align reality capture information with P&IDs and accurately represent the physical locations of components and systems.
· P&ID Revalidation: Collaborate with the team to review and validate existing P&IDs against actual installations, making necessary updates and improvements.
· Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date P&ID documentation, including reports, technical data, and progress updates related to P&ID development.
· Troubleshooting: Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies or issues identified in existing P&IDs during project execution.
· Continuous Improvement: Proactively research and propose innovative approaches to enhance P&ID practices, improve symbol representations, and optimize system understanding.
2. Electrical Engineer:
Job Details:
The ability to work in a variety of construction environments including commercial, Educational, industrial and health care, residentials related projects - Manage and Coordinate project deliveries.
Understanding on Electrical Services (Electrical & ELV) from concept stage to detail design stage.
Estimation/Designing of drawings of Electrical Services (Conduits, Raceways, Cable tray, Lighting, Power Layout, Single Line Diagram (SLD), Earthing Layout, Lightning Layout plan and section, and its installation details) and ELV (Electrical Low voltage) – CCTV, PA, Fire Alarm, Access Control System and Intrusion Detection System, Data & Telecommunication, Voice Communication, Digital Signage System.
Understanding/Development of Drawings for Sub-Station.
Well versed and good experience in handling AutoCAD / Microstation / Revit / MS office software.
Good Communication skills.
