Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Management Trainee to join our growing manufacturing organization. This role is designed to offer hands-on experience in marketing functions specific to the manufacturing sector, including market research, product positioning, B2B outreach, branding, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

· Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.

· Product Marketing: Assist in developing marketing strategies for new and existing products, focusing on industrial buyers and institutional clients.

· Sales Enablement: Support sales teams with marketing collateral, product presentations, pricing intelligence, and customer profiling.

· Digital & Traditional Marketing: Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns, trade shows, exhibitions, and distributor programs.

· Customer Engagement: Help coordinate customer feedback initiatives, case studies, and client communication materials.

· Reporting & Insights: Prepare performance reports on marketing activities, lead conversion, and ROI analysis.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, production, and sales teams to understand product lifecycle and market fit.

Key Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields

· 1+ year of experience in sales/marketing preferred

· Excellent communication and analytical skills

· Strong interest in B2B/industrial marketing

· Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus

· Willingness to travel and learn on the ground (factory visits, client meetings)

· Industrial marketing and business development

· Channel and distribution strategies

· Technical product positioning

· CRM and ERP exposure (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)

· Pricing, margins, and product costing basics
