Job Summary

The Manager-Transitions role requires a seasoned professional with 10 to 12 years of experience in the Life and Annuity domain. The candidate will manage transition projects ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. This role demands expertise in Life and Annuities Insurance with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes while working night shifts from the office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on Life and Annuities Insurance to optimize project outcomes.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve transition processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and performance ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
