Overview Of 73 Strings 73 Strings is an innovative platform providing comprehensive data extraction, monitoring, and valuation solutions for the private capital industry. The company's AI-powered platform streamlines middle-office processes for alternative investments, enabling seamless data structuring and standardization, monitoring, and fair value estimation at the click of a button. 73 Strings serves clients globally across various strategies, including Private Equity, Growth Equity, Venture Capital, Infrastructure and Private Credit. Role Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager - Finance & Reporting to oversee and manage the financial reporting functions of our global operations. This role involves ensuring compliance with international financial regulations, preparing accurate financial reports, and providing strategic financial insights to support the company's global growth. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse financial data for reporting purposes. Maintain and update financial reporting systems and databases. Develop and implement financial reporting policies and procedures to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting. Oversee the preparation and distribution of monthly and annual financial statements and reports for global operations. Coordinate with internal and external auditors for financial audits and ensure timely completion. Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Stay updated with changes in international financial regulations and standards & ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and local GAAP. Qualifications Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) with around 3 years’ experience in similar roles within Finance & Reporting functions Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and familiarity with ERP systems. Financial Reporting Expertise: Strong understanding of financial closing processes, financial statements, and management reporting. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a focus on providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify financial risks and opportunities and provide solutions. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all financial data.
