Job Overview:Qwick Logistics is ing for a dynamic and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our logistics and supply chain operations across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics, ensuring timely deliveries, optimizing costs, and maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Develop and implement cost-effective supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency. Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance. Optimize fleet management and ensure timely dispatch & delivery. Implement technology-driven solutions for real-time tracking and reporting. Analyze data, track KPIs, and improve logistics performance. Lead and train logistics teams across various locations. Coordinate with clients and internal teams for seamless logistics execution. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of transportation management, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in logistics software and data analysis tools. Ability to handle multi-location logistics operations efficiently. Strong communication and organizational skills.
