7+ years in microservices-based cloud-native development (enterprise domain)
3+ years leading engineering teams

Technical Skills

Java 21 (lambda, Stream API, CompletableFuture)
Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices framework
Kafka (3+ years, current project)
RESTful API design
Postgres database expertise
Batch processing at scale
Containerization & serverless (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Lambda/ECS)
TDD & DDD with frameworks like JUnit, Cypress, WireMock
DevOps tools including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), GIT SCM

Soft Skills

Strong communicator with client-facing experience
Self-starter with initiative and ownership mindset
Proven leadership and mentoring experience
Analytical and problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have

Experience with cryptographic operations & hardware security modules
Experience in FinTech projects (at least one project mandatory)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience speaking to technical and business audiences globally
