About The Role
We are looking for a
Lead SailPoint Administrator
to manage, enhance, and support our identity governance platform. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience with
SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC)
, particularly in application onboarding, rule and workflow development, identity lifecycle management, and platform upgrades.You will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and functionality of the IAM platform, including support for real-time troubleshooting and job execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) application onboarding using Delimited, JDBC, Active Directory, and Web Service connectors.
- Create and manage rules and workflows, including pre-/post-provisioning rules, certification rules, and policy configurations.
- Implement identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) in alignment with business and security requirements.
- Debug issues and perform real-time job support, resolving provisioning failures, sync issues, and configuration errors.
- Configure and maintain custom reports, Quicklinks, email templates, and task & role management features.
- Schedule and monitor batch jobs, and configure notifications and alerting mechanisms.
- Participate in and lead SailPoint version upgrades, patch management, and environment setup (Dev, Test, Prod).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, and application owners to deliver IAM solutions.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) platform administration.
- Expertise in connector development and onboarding (Delimited, JDBC, AD, WebServices).
- Strong knowledge of rule and workflow creation in SailPoint.
- Deep understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, debugging, and real-time issue resolution.
- Experience with task, role, scheduler, and email configuration.
- Familiarity with custom reports, UI configuration (Quicklinks), and SailPoint platform tuning.
- Knowledge of SailPoint upgrades, patching, and multi-environment support.
Nice To Have
- SailPoint certification(s) (e.g., SailPoint Certified Implementation Engineer).
- Exposure to security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
- Experience integrating SailPoint with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure AD, or Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of scripting (e.g., BeanShell) and API integrations.
