Role Overview

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and qualifying new leads across multiple channels. You'll work closely with marketing and sales teams to deliver high-quality prospects that convert into paying customers—whether it's a law firm looking for a scalable legal tech solution or an individual seeking a digital legal service.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies across B2B and B2C marketsSource and qualify leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and web researchBuild and manage email and social outreach campaigns to drive top-of-funnel activityConduct lead nurturing through cold emails, DMs, discovery calls, and marketing automationWork with sales to ensure smooth handoff and alignment on ideal customer profile (ICP)Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, offers, and segmentation for both business and consumer prospectsTrack and optimize key lead generation metrics (e.g., open rates, conversion rates, cost per lead)Maintain lead data integrity and reporting in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Requirements

7+ years experience in lead generation, business development, or SDR role (preferably in SaaS)Experience generating leads for both B2B and B2C audiencesStrong research skills and ability to identify key decision-makers and buyer personasExcellent written communication and cold outreach skillsProficiency in lead gen and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Lemlist, Apollo, Salesloft)Analytical mindset with the ability to test, iterate, and optimize campaignsHighly self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented

Nice to Have

Knowledge of the legal industry or legal tech productsExperience with B2C funnels (e.g., landing pages, email sequences, freemium offers)Familiarity with growth hacking or demand generation tacticsBackground in copywriting or marketing automation
