Lead Generation & Paid Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities

💡 Paid Ads & Funnel Ownership
  • Design, launch, and optimize paid lead gen campaigns across

    Meta (FB/Instagram)

    ,

    Google Ads

    ,

    YouTube

    , and

    LinkedIn

  • Develop creative briefs for graphics and videos that drive high CTR and quality lead submissions
  • Track campaign-level CPL, ROAS, and lead conversion outcomes
📩 Marketing Automation & CRM Integration
  • Set up and manage

    WhatsApp integration workflows

    (e.g., lead capture → nurturing → booking)
  • Trigger automated journeys via

    CleverTap

    (push, email, in-app) and Mailchimp (email sequences)
  • Build lead funnels that sync with our internal CRM and campaign goals
📊 Performance Monitoring & Iteration
  • Use A/B testing to optimize creatives, targeting, placements, and budgets
  • Report on CPL, lead quality, funnel drop-offs, and conversion performance weekly
  • Collaborate with sales, design, and advising teams to refine lead handoffs and track ROI

  • Ideal Candidate

    • 2–5 years of experience running performance campaigns for EdTech, SaaS, D2C, or lead-gen driven B2C companies
    • Expert-level experience with

      Meta Ads

      ,

      Google Ads

      , and

      LinkedIn Campaign Manager

    • Hands-on experience with

      CleverTap

      ,

      Mailchimp

      , and

      WhatsApp API/automation tools

      (WATI, Interakt, or similar)
    • Strong command over analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, UTM tracking, conversion APIs)
    • Experience setting up

      lead tracking dashboards

      and managing CPLs within target
    • Comfortable working with design teams to produce creatives that convert
    🎯 Success Metrics
    • Cost Per Lead (CPL) within target of high-quality leads per campaign
    • Funnel conversion rate (lead to booked consult)
    • WhatsApp & email engagement rates (open, click, response)
    • Weekly and monthly ROI reports
