Role Overview
We are actively hiring a Lead Generation Manager with strong command over IndiaMART and allied digital platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing IndiaMART leads, optimizing product listings, and converting digital inquiries into real business opportunities.
This is a result-oriented role with a focus on daily lead management, campaign execution, OEM/vendor onboarding, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion
• Handle and convert inbound leads from IndiaMART and Just Dial efficiently.
• Regularly update, optimize, and manage IndiaMART product catalogs for better visibility and ranking.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo.io, and EasyLeadz to generate targeted B2B leads.
• Plan and run email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to nurture prospects.
• Prepare Excel-based lead trackers, professional presentations, and business proposals.
Vendor & OEM Development
• Identify and onboard reliable OEMs/vendors with competitive pricing and product depth.
• Negotiate favorable terms to strengthen product and solution offerings.
• Maintain strong professional relationships to support long-term business objectives.
Team Management
• Lead a small team of telecallers and lead generation executives.
• Assign targets, monitor performance, and guide the team toward consistent output.
• Align team activity with monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
Reporting & Collaboration
• Share weekly reports, analytics, and lead funnel updates with the senior team.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure lead-to-order conversion.
• Recommend process improvements based on insights and platform performance.

Candidate Profile
• Minimum 5 years of experience, with strong IndiaMART handling as a core skill
• Working knowledge of Just Dial, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo.io, EasyLeadz
• Excellent communication, email drafting, and client interaction skills
• Strong in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting
• Experience in AV, IT, or related sectors preferred
• Proven ability to lead a small team and deliver measurable business results
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, and result-focused
