Job Title: HR & Admin Executive

Location: Vasant Vihar, New Delhi

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 (based on experience and capabilities)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in HR & Admin

Qualification: Graduate with MBA in HR

Role & Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment with strong capability in identifying and hiring the right talent and resources aligned with business needs.

• HR Operations: Manage onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and compliance with labor laws.

• Employee Engagement: Handle employee grievances, build a positive work culture, and support performance evaluations.

• Policy & Compliance: Draft and implement HR policies; ensure compliance with internal standards and statutory requirements.

• Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, vendor coordination, housekeeping, and general administrative support.

• Communication & Reporting: Maintain professional communication and prepare reports related to HR and admin functions.

• Must be fluent in English – both written and spoken

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

• Proactive, reliable, and self-driven with a professional attitude

• Ability to multitask and manage HR as well as administrative responsibilities efficiently
