Position Overview:

Lead Generation and Business Development Executive

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, target-driven, and excited to work in a product-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

    Identify and qualify B2B prospects through strategic outreach and engagement campaigns.
  • Prospecting & Outreach:

    Use LinkedIn, email, InMail, and content engagement to connect with key decision-makers.
  • Relationship Management:

    Develop meaningful connections with clients to understand needs, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Market Research:

    Stay on top of industry trends, competitors, and client personas to position our offerings effectively.
  • CRM & Reporting:

    Maintain accurate lead data, track follow-ups, and report on pipeline performance using tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot or Apollo.
  • Performance Analysis:

    Share insights and campaign results with the team to optimize strategy and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of proven B2B lead generation or business development experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in tools like

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    ,

    Apollo

    ,

    HubSpot

    , or equivalent CRM/lead gen platforms
  • Experience managing multiple accounts, leads, and follow-ups independently
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
