Lead Engineer - Mechanical

Your impactIn this role you will be responsible for Preparation of different types of racking layout, Man material handling layout, Warehouse inventory design, Warehouse sizing, Traffic management analysis, Material selection, Material handling equipment’s selections. . You should have good knowledge of all kinds for racking systems (Conventional/Non-conventional/Automated),Pallets, Material handling equipment (Stacker, Reach truck, Dock leveler, Forklift, Hydraulic platform, Pallet truck, etc) . In addition to the warehouse & their equipment, you should have knowledge of product filing/bagging system & their conveying/transfer system, Palletizing, Robotics. You should be aware with engineering activities like , Preparation of, Design basis report, Concepts, MDS, MR, TBA, TR, PR, VDR, Layouts, Vendor co-ordination, Internal co-ordination, Client discussion, etc . You should be well convergent with all types for IS, ISO, EN,NFPA,NBC, National, International codes & standards. You should have good understanding of & requirements about following industries, industrial plants, FMCG, Chemicals/ specialty chemicals, Electric batteries, Solar PV. You should have knowledge of all types of engineering like, FEED, Basic, Concept, Detailed engineering, Costing and man hours estimation.You Should be able to manage team of engineers/ designers for successful completion of project, assignment as per the schedule and of stipulated quality. Understand the overall project schedule, make micro schedule for department activities, understand, list inputs required from other disciplines, client, and vendors. Ensure that right input is available for the team. Ensure that all the system, procedures and protocols are followed by the team.Control the manhours for the projects.
