Social Media Profile Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, etc.)
Create and schedule engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels, etc.)
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage
Work closely with design, marketing, and content teams to align on campaign objectives
Grow followers and engagement through organic and paid strategies
Track and report social media analytics, KPIs, and ROI
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage the online community
Collaborate with influencers, partners as needed
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
1.5 - 2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Strong copywriting and communication skills
Knowledge of platform algorithms and SEO basics
Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
Creativity and a strong visual sense for content

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with paid ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn
Basic graphic design or video editing skills
Familiarity with influencer marketing or brand collaborations
