Junior Social Media Executive

Social Media Profile Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, etc.)
• Create and schedule engaging content (text, image, video, stories, reels, etc.)
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage
• Work closely with design, marketing, and content teams to align on campaign objectives
• Grow followers and engagement through organic and paid strategies
• Track and report social media analytics, KPIs, and ROI
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage the online community
• Collaborate with influencers, partners as needed
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
• 1.5 - 2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Knowledge of platform algorithms and SEO basics
• Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
• Creativity and a strong visual sense for content

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with paid ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills
• Familiarity with influencer marketing or brand collaborations
