Role Overview

QA Analyst

Junior QA Analyst, you will play critical role

You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and engineering teams to ensure that HME Solutions’ applications meet the high standards expected in mission-critical mining operations. Your work will directly contribute to the safe, efficient, and intelligent operation of mining fleets around the world. 

Key Responsibilities

• Execute

  manual testing

  for web-based applications and services. 
• Write, maintain, and run

  test cases and checklists

  based on user stories and acceptance criteria. 
• Perform

  API testing

  using Postman or similar tools to validate backend services. 
• Assist in

  web UI automation

  using tools like Selenium or Cypress. 
• Conduct

  load and performance testing

  using JMeter or equivalent tools to ensure application scalability. 
• Identify and document bugs clearly in a test management or issue tracking system (e.g., Jira). 
• Work closely with developers and QA leads during sprint cycles to validate builds. 
• Participate in regression testing and release readiness activities. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline. 

• 2–3 years of experience

  in a software testing or QA role. 
• Proficiency in

  manual testing

  , functional and regression testing. 
• Working knowledge of

  API testing tools

  like Postman. 
• Basic experience with

  UI test automation frameworks

  such as Selenium or Cypress. 
• Familiarity with

  load testing tools

  like JMeter. 
• Good understanding of SDLC, QA processes, and Agile methodologies. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Good communication and documentation abilities. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of mining or industrial domain applications. 
• Exposure to version control (e.g., GitHub), CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins), and test case management tools.
