Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior HR Executive located in Ernakulam. The Junior HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and handling employee queries. They will assist senior HR personnel in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies. Additionally, the role involves maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, and coordinating training sessions.

• Basic understanding of Human Resources practices and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in using HR software and MS Office applications
• Prior experience in HR or related functions is a plus
