Junior HR Executive

As a Junior HR Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with HR administration tasks, providing recruitment support, facilitating employee onboarding, participating in HR projects, conducting data analysis, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, updating HR systems, processing employee data, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel arrangements, preparing orientation materials, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with various HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives and benefits administration. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential. While prior experience is not mandatory, previous HR experience or internships would be advantageous.
