Job Summary

:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support the daily operations of our HR department. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and general HR operations, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with end-to-end recruitment: job postings, shortlisting resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).Coordinate onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.Prepare HR letters like offer letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.Maintain attendance, leave records, and support payroll processing.Handle employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.Assist in organizing training programs, office events, and wellness initiatives.Ensure HR documentation and filing are accurate and up to date.Support statutory compliance and audits (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.).Contribute to improving HR processes and systems.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.6 months to 2 years of experience in a similar role (internship experience can be considered).Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Understanding of basic HR functionsStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.Good time-management and organizational skills.
