As a Senior HR Manager and Recruiter at Hospertz India Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for sourcing the right candidates through various sources and platforms. This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai, focusing on managing day-to-day HR functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language, be proficient in the latest social media trends, and possess good computer knowledge. Key responsibilities include assisting in posting job openings, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, conducting new employee orientation, contributing to training program coordination, maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, handling employee inquiries and requests, and participating in resolving basic employee issues. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's and Master's degree in HR from a renowned institution, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle confidential information with integrity, detail-oriented and organized work approach, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.,
