SYSTRA is the GENERAL CONSULTANT (GC) FOR PHASE-II CORRIDOR FROM JLN STADIUM TO INFOPARK VIA KAKKANAD OF KOCHI METRO RAIL PROJECT.
Currently we are seeking applications for the position of Junior Engineer (Rolling Stock) in the Kochi Metro Project.
MISSIONS/MAIN DUTIES
Review of existing Rolling Stock specifications and updating Authority’s requirements.
Prepare PQ requirements for contracts for rolling stock procurement and evaluation of documents submitted by bidders
Responsible for program management, planning and scheduling, and system interface management.
Procurement, installation and commissioning of Depot Equipment, Train imulator, and Asset Management Systems.
Interfacing with other sub-systems such as Signaling, Telecom, Power supply, Track, Structure etc.
PROFILE/SKILLS
Graduate/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics & Communication Engg. from a recognized institution.
Minimum experience of 2 years in relevant field for Graduates and minimum 1 years experience should be in similar role in field in the System Integration, Testing and Commissioning and Statutory Certifications of Metro Railway Rolling Stock. Minimum experience of 5 years in relevant field for Diploma and minimum 2 years experience should be in similar role in field in the System Integration, Testing and Commissioning and Statutory Certifications of Metro Railway Rolling Stock
Experience in MS Office.
Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
