Project Planning & Development

Collaborate with clients to understand specific technical needs and convert them into detailed project plans. You'll be responsible for creating accurate technical proposals, estimating costs, and preparing achievable delivery timelines based on customer specifications. Your ability to align client expectations with realistic production milestones will be essential to success.

Design & Engineering Coordination

As a liaison between customers and internal design teams, you'll play a critical role in translating project requirements into detailed technical drawings and product specifications. You will ensure the manufacturability of design inputs and take ownership of version control and design revisions when needed. Coordination with engineering to implement feasible changes without compromising on performance is a key part of the role.

Production & Quality Support

Work in close sync with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes for customized products. Your role includes supporting the shop floor with technical clarifications, facilitating the prototyping process, and ensuring first article inspections meet predefined standards. Troubleshooting issues during production will require both technical acumen and communication finesse.

Vendor And Supplier Management

In coordination with the procurement team, you will evaluate vendor capabilities, monitor the quality of incoming materials, and manage timely delivery of components. Building long-term vendor relationships while ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks is a must.

Client Communication & Relationship Management

Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. This includes status reporting, resolving queries, and effectively managing change requests. Understanding market trends and pricing data will also help you make informed decisions when discussing material alternatives or cost-saving proposals with clients.

Cost Efficiency & Risk Management

Help manage project budgets by identifying cost-saving opportunities without affecting product quality. Analyze risks related to procurement, design changes, or production delays, and propose timely mitigation measures.

Documentation & Compliance

Keep comprehensive records of technical documentation, procurement logs, contracts, and performance metrics. Timely preparation of project summaries and compliance reports is crucial for internal auditing and client transparency.Skills: project,procurement,design,vendor
