About the Role

Fonix Technologies is looking for an energetic and goal-driven IT Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with clients and has an interest in the IT industry. You don’t need to be a coder — just someone who understands customer needs and is eager to learn how to present digital solutions effectively. Whether you already have experience in IT sales or are ready to be trained, we offer hands-on support and mentorship to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities (Training will be provided)

•

Learn to identify and connect with potential clients for IT services (Web, App, SaaS, UI/UX, Automation, etc.)

•

Get trained to manage the full sales cycle — lead generation, requirement understanding, proposal creation, follow-ups, and deal closure

•

Coordinate with internal teams to prepare scopes and ensure smooth onboarding

•

Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, emails, and meetings

•

Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports using tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.

•

Stay updated and learn about new trends in tech and client sales engagement

Must-Have Skills

•

Strong English communication (verbal and written)

•

Willingness to learn technical concepts and tools

•

Basic understanding of pre-sales and post-sales processes (or willingness to learn)

•

Interest in client communication and sales processes

•

Good organization, time management, and problem-solving skills

•

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

•

Experience in sales on platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.

•

Exposure to email marketing and lead generation through alternate channels

•

Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) or CRM systems

•

Prior experience in tech sales or service-based industries is a bonus

Qualifications

•

Any graduate can apply (all disciplines welcome)

•

Sales experience is a plus, but motivated freshers with strong communication are encouraged

•

On-the-job training will be provided for tools, processes, and IT knowledge
