Summary:

VVNT SEQUOR


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining IT governance frameworks aligning with

    ISO 27001, ITIL, and NIST standards.

  • Developing and enforcing IT policies, SOPs, and regulatory compliance guidelines.

  • Conducting regular audits and risk assessments

    to ensure IT processes meet compliance requirements.
  • Driving

    process standardization and optimization

    to improve operational efficiency.
  • Implementing

    IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.

  • Developing and maintaining Change Management

    and

    Continuous Improvement

    frameworks.
  • Developing and enforcing

    incident response and problem management frameworks.

  • Training IT staff on new processes, policies, and best practices.

  • Acting as a liaison between IT teams, management, and external auditors on compliance matters.


We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 8-10 years

    of experience in IT process engineering, IT governance, or IT service management.

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and ISO 27001 compliance is essential.

  • Experience in process mapping, automation, and optimization techniques.

  • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management).

  • Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and regulatory compliance audits.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


Bonus points for:

  • ITIL v4 Certification.
  • Experience with ISO 27001 implementation and audit processes.
  • Knowledge of process automation tools and scripting.
  • Understanding of Cloud Governance.
  • Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or R&D environments.
