Role Overview:

BonV Technology Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and financially knowledgeable Investor Relations Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience in finance or investor relations and strong communication skills. Reporting directly to the Co-CEO, you will play a vital role in managing relationships with existing and prospective investors, coordinating investment processes, compliance requirements and supporting BonV's strategic investment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investor Relations Management

Engage with Existing Investors:

• Foster strong professional relationships to secure support for operational, hiring, sales, and training activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and communications.

Investor Outreach and Communication:

• Assist the Co-CEOs in managing incoming investor inquiries.
• Conduct initial discussions with analysts and prospective investors, providing an overview of BonV’s initiatives and financial positioning.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to investors and stakeholders.

2. Investment Process Coordination

Document Management:

• Handle the preparation and dispatch of investment-related documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee the program management for the investment process, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

MIS and Reporting:

• Prepare and distribute Management Information System (MIS) reports for investors.
• Compile and send quarterly updates to investors, highlighting BonV’s progress, achievements, and financial performance.

3. Strategic Support

Support Strategic Goals:

• Provide administrative and strategic support to Co-CEOs in all investor-related activities.
• Contribute to building BonV’s brand as an attractive investment opportunity through proactive communication.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to enhance investor relations materials.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startups or tech-driven environments is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence and accuracy.
