Responsible to drive annual sales targets allocated by the company and making sure the targets are accepted and met, apart from building Sales Strategies alongside Sales Head to achieve the Targets
The Sales Manager is in charge of developing weekly/monthly/annual revenues, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets
Build strong relationships with the external partners and B2B customers (North America / Canada) and regularly interact with them to lead the entire sales cycle right from lead generation, demonstration, proposal, Pipeline leading to $Revenue / Annum.
Monitoring and observing the brand making forecasts, identifying new trends ahead of the curve, hence, offering the business a competitive advantage and keeping it ahead of its competition in the market
Effectively communicate the value proposition of AmpleLogic through discovery calls, collaborate with cross functional team building effective Client Demos leading to proposals and presentations, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions to meet and exceed the targets allocated
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills, Strong verbal and written communications skills
Responsible to create the footprint of AL in new markets, industry vertical (Both Pharma and
Non pharma that includes Cosmetics, Canabies, Gene therapy, Tobacco Manufacturing, Food and Beverages etc)
Responsible for working with our existing customers in a consultative sales capacity to identify new upsell opportunities for expansion growth within existing accounts, cross sell new products and activate new logos
Able to handle the Proposal documentation define commercials & negotiate with sound technical knowledge of IT products enabling achieving quarterly & annual sales targets.
Working with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, Lead Generation team and Product Managers to amplify AL brand apart from working with PM team to enable smooth implementation Go-live for customers.
10 years experience selling SaaS or aPaas (low code no code) to US customers
with Pharma and Lifescience industry knowledge
