**Key Responsibilities:**
* Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
* Install and configure hardware and software systems.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory or similar systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues.
* Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery operations.
* Maintain and upgrade IT systems and infrastructure as necessary.
* Support end-users with technical issues via helpdesk, phone, or in person.
* Manage software licensing and ensure compliance.
* Monitor system performance and generate reports for improvement.
* Document IT procedures, policies, and configurations.
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement and support.
**Requirements:**
* **Education & Experience:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in IT support, administration, or a similar role.
* **Technical Skills:**
* Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
* Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
* Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and best practices.
* Hands-on experience with IT tools such as manage engine, Office 365,google workspace, fortigate firewalls, and antivirus software.
* **Soft Skills:**
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
* Familiarity with ITIL processes.
