Job Description

Job Title: IAM Operations Engineer – SailPoint Identity Security Cloud

Location: Remote

About the Role

Versatile Club is hiring on behalf of a leading academic medical center based in the USA, operating at the forefront of the healthcare industry.

We’re looking for a SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Administrator to support IAM operations, working closely with our Lead Admin. This role focuses heavily on hands-on identity lifecycle management, debugging, and system administration in a live environment.

Key Responsibilities

Application Onboarding (Delimited, JDBC, AD, WebService Connectors)
Rule & Workflow Creation (e.g., Pre/Provisioning Rules, Certification Rules)
Identity Lifecycle Implementation (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
Debugging & Real-Time Issue Resolution
Custom Reports, Quicklinks, and UI configurations
Task & Role Management
Scheduler and Email Template Configuration
SailPoint Upgrades & Environment Setup
Active contribution to day-to-day IAM operations and job support

Requirements

2–6 years of experience in Identity Access Management, specifically with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
Strong foundation in system administration, IAM processes, and SailPoint configuration
Familiarity with connectors like AD, JDBC, WebService, and scripting for automation
Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
Proactive mindset with strong troubleshooting and documentation habits
