We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing, with a focus on delivering high-quality software products.You will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, identifying bugs, ensuring compliance with business requirements, and contributing to the overall quality of our software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated).
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Develop and maintain automated test suites using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, or Playwright.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure full test coverage.
Identify, log, and track bugs and issues using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and contribute to testing best practices.
Ensure CI/CD pipelines include necessary testing stages; work closely with DevOps for test automation integration.
Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and documentation to enhance efficiency and quality.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance.
Strong experience in manual and automated testing of web and/or mobile applications.
Proficiency with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent.
Good knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g, Java, Python, JavaScript).
Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.
Experience with version control systems (e.g, Git), and continuous integration tools (e.g, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Solid knowledge of SDLC and STLC.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)

Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g, JMeter, Gatling).
Experience testing cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of BDD/TDD frameworks like Cucumber or Behave.
ISTQB or other QA certifications
