Overview


The Human Resources - Senior Specialist will partner in the areas of associate engagement, new hire onboarding, associate relations and performance management. Incumbent will contribute to HR team by assisting with the development and implementation of key strategies that will help elevate HR Operational effectiveness. The HR Business Partner will report to the Manager HR Business Partner.


Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR on key programs such as Talent Reviews, Leadership Development & Training, Organizational Development, Change Management, Succession Planning, and Associate Engagement
  • Focus on consistently delivering an exceptional on-boarding experience for all new hire and transfer associates
  • Drive end-to-end HR Business Partnering execution
  • Analyze and ensure weekly delivery of actionable recommendations for weekly scorecard and ad-hoc HR reporting data such as turnover, compensation, headcount, etc.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analysis of feedback from exit interview to determine trends
  • Process associate related changes relative to pay, position management and bonus updates
  • Create presentations, manage spreadsheets and assist with organizational charts/data
  • Develop collaborative relationships across HR teams to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Intermediate Excel skills ideal

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Graduate (mandatory)
  • Comprehensive industry knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office, particularly MS Excel experience
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in the HR field, preferably in HR Operations and Labor Compliance


Working Conditions:
  • Normal office working conditions, with stretched timelines as necessary
