Role Summary:


HR Manager with direct experience in the auto component manufacturing sector



Key Responsibilities:


  • End-to-end recruitment

    for both blue- and white-collar roles in a

    plant and shop-floor-heavy environment

    .
  • Create role-specific aligned with auto component operations such as Tool Room, Press Shop, Welding, NPD, and QA/QC.
  • Post and manage

    targeted hiring campaigns

    via platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri.
  • Handle

    HR documentation and audit readiness

    as per

    IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and TS standards

    for auto component units.
  • Introduce

    SOPs and KPIs

    tailored to auto component job functions.
  • Design and execute

    training programs

    for floor operators, supervisors, engineers, and admin staff.
  • Improve

    industrial relations

    and manage grievances with a practical approach rooted in shop-floor realities.
  • Drive

    performance reviews, appraisals

    , and

    skill assessments

    in sync with production targets and quality benchmarks.
  • Lead

    culture-building initiatives

    in a traditionally run environment, bringing in

    modern communication, discipline, and motivation

    .
  • Coordinate and standardize HR processes across

    multiple plant locations

    , including

    Pali

    and

    Sector 6

    , Faridabad.
  • Work directly with senior management to

    define long-term manpower strategy

    and

    lead HR digital transformation

    .



Desired Profile:


  • Education:

    MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • Experience:

    3–7 years

    specifically in auto component manufacturing companies

    .
  • Industry Expertise:

    In-depth understanding of sheet metal stamping units, manpower budgeting, shop floor deployment, and role-specific hiring.
  • Software Skills:

    MS Excel, PowerPoint, and LinkedIn Recruiter; exposure to HRMS platforms preferred.
  • Soft Skills:

    Proactive, assertive, and clear communicator fluent in

    English and Hindi

    .
  • Audit Experience:

    Familiar with

    automotive industry HR audits

    , documentation, and policy display standards.
