We are hiring for a leading IT company in Indore and looking for a seasoned HR Manager to lead impactful HR initiatives and foster a high-performance, people-centric culture.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in cultivating a positive and inclusive work environment. Additionally, the candidate will also help shape the employer brand strategy in this role. To be successful in this role, candidate should be familiar with HR Information systems, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems. Ultimately, the candidate will ensure that the company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees in India and the US.
This role will encompass overseeing all aspects of Human Resources within the organization, including strategic HR initiatives as follows, while ensuring a smooth flow of HR Ops within the organization:
· Work with the senior management to design and implement the strategic vision of the organization.
· Design and implement Company Policies that promote a healthy work environment.
· Handle HR operations for a growing team at India and US.
· Ensure employees’ requests and grievances are addressed in a timely manner
· Oversee and enhance the Talent acquisition/ recruitment processes (IT).
· Assess the pulse of the new joiners to ensure alignment with the organization’s culture
· Monitor HR metrics.
· Organize learning and development programs
· Work collaboratively with the various departments in the organization - Delivery, Sales, Marketing, Accounts, IT, Admin
· Represent the organization at various forums
· Establish and maintain connections with the local educational institutions and talent
· Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour regulations Qualifications and skills
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
· Proven track record as an HR Manager, preferably in the IT sector
· Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), including payroll systems and ATS
· Deep understanding of HR functions, Labor laws, and HR metrics
· Excellent communication skills, active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
· Strong Leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
· Ability to foster healthy employee relations. Discretion in handling sensitive information.
