About Mentoria Overseas Education:

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Maintain payroll, employee records, attendance tracking, and compliance documentation
  • Create and implement HR policies, SOPs, and organizational structure
  • Monitor employee performance and manage appraisal processes
  • Organize employee engagement, training, and development programs
  • Handle conflict resolution and maintain a healthy work environment
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
  • Act as a point of contact between leadership and staff

    • Requirements:

    • MBA in HR or relevant field (Mandatory)
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource Management
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, HR software, and labor laws
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
    • Ability to handle confidential matters professionally
    • Preferred: Experience working in a startup or high-growth company
