Human Resources Manager

Job Description:

We are a growing travel agency looking for a reliable, experienced, and self-driven Human Resources Manager who can take full ownership of all HR responsibilities and support the overall operations of the company.

The ideal candidate should be confident in handling duties independently, maintaining discipline across departments, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance
• Handle attendance, leave tracking, and coordinate payroll processing
• Design and implement HR policies and procedures
• Employee engagement and grievance management
• Performance management and appraisal coordination
• Oversee training, development, and exit processes
• Act as a bridge between staff and management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

Salary:

₹25,000 - ₹40,000per month (depending on experience and skillset)
