HR Executive Experience: 3-4 Years About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our HR department in managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience handling end-to-end HR functions and will play a key role in fostering a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities: Maintain employee records and update HR databases. Coordinate employee engagement activities and support performance management processes. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Handle payroll coordination and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. Assist in drafting HR policies and ensure their implementation. Support training and development initiatives. Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace issues. Facilitate communication between management and employees. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist in organizing HR events and meetings. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR operations and recruitment. Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, ATS). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
