Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and vendor management . The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure smooth manpower coordination, and handle external recruitment partners efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding Coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring needs Maintain and manage relationships with recruitment vendors and manpower agencies Follow up with vendors for timely closures and candidate pipelines Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers Skills and Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resource Management or related field 1–2 years of relevant experience in recruitment and vendor management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
