Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AR/AP, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payroll. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements. Manage internal and external audits; coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure. File all statutory returns within prescribed timelines. Establish internal controls and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures by designing Standard Rules. Manage and enhance the use of ERP systems for better financial data management and reporting. Ensure accurate data entry, timely reconciliations, and system integrity. What We’re Looking For: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. 8–12 years of experience in accounting and finance with exposure to Private Limited / Limited Company. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel, Advance Excel and financial ERP systems.
