Job Description

1. Recruit for campus hiring and Lateral hiring; write job descriptions, establish relationships with outside recruiting agencies; screen and correspond to reference. 2. Conducting onboarding activities- Induction planning, Documentation, etc. 3. Act as liaison between employee and Leadership team to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations. 4. Provide support and advice on employee relations issues and activities, recommending courses of action. 5. Assist Team leads with performance management of their employees through the performance appraisal system, performance improvement programs, and training and development plans. Monitor the performance management programs and revise as necessary. 6. Provide informational updates to all employees such as new hire announcements, or changes in policies or procedures that affect employees. 7. Develop, recommend, and implement new and necessary personnel policies and procedures. 8. Provide feedback on the suitability of current organization structure and resources to meet the needs of the business in the most efficient and effective way. 9. Analyze and update job descriptions for all positions as needed. 10. Maintain employee confidence and protect the organization by keeping information confidential. 11. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form; design a record retention system that keeps past and current records as required by law. 12. Identify training and development needs by consulting with managers and employees and offer programs to meet the needs. 13. Searching, scrutinizing. screening and selecting candidates from various sources like social media, inhouse database, external online and offline sources, forwarding them to the clients and following up with the clients for updates 14. Conducting interviews, accessing applicant viability for a position in terms of knowledge and experience, and matching them with current positions 15. Designing and implementing new recruitment strategies 16. Handing paperwork for candidates after selection 17. Adhering to timelines provided by the clients to fill in the position 18. Providing periodic reports to the team manager regarding the recruitment status of positions
