Human Resources Executive

Position: HR Executive (Full-Time – Permanent Role)

GT - 08, Sector - 117, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India - 201301

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Open to candidates from all academic backgrounds.
• Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree (in any field).

Basic Requirements:

• Must be available to join immediately.
• Must have personal access to a laptop.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and People Management.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources (recruitment, operations, or generalist profile).
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, handle candidate communication, and collect feedback.
• Maintain and update HR records, databases, and documentation.
• Support onboarding processes and employee joining formalities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in all HR operations.
• Assist with HR operations including leave management, payroll coordination, and attendance tracking.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum

  2 years of HR experience

  in a professional setup.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internal communication tools.
• Self-driven and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic startup environment.

Compensation & Work Structure

• CTC:

  ₹3 – ₹4 LPA (Based on experience and performance during the selection process)

• Working Days:

   6 days a week

• Work Mode:

   In-office job only

  (No work-from-home option)
