Location: A3-A4, Second floor, Golf Course Rd, near IILM Institute, IILM Institute, Sector 53, Gurugram, Haryana 122002

Reporting to: HR Head

Employment Type: Full-time




Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will play a key role in managing HR operations, supporting recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, coordinating employee engagement activities, and ensuring adherence to company policies.




Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.

• Maintain and update employee databases, files, and HRMS systems.

• Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information and leave data.

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team-building events.

• Address employee queries related to HR, policies, and benefits.

• Monitor employee performance and assist with performance appraisal processes.

• Maintain compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

• Coordinate exit formalities including documentation, clearance, and feedback collection.

• Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management.




Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.

• Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.

• Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools (e.g., Keka, Zoho People, etc.).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.




Preferred Skills:

• Experience in using HRIS or ATS systems.

• Exposure to payroll software and statutory compliance.

• Strong people skills and a proactive approach to work.
