Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with campus management systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards related to campus operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Campus Operations Management Oversee daily campus operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies. Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, resource allocation, and staff supervision. Collaborate with academic heads to support timely course delivery and program management. Monitor student enrollment processes and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. 2. Student Engagement & Support Develop and implement initiatives that enhance the student experience on campus. Address student queries, concerns, and grievances effectively, ensuring a positive environment. Organize events, workshops, and activities for academic, extracurricular, and personal development. 3. Compliance & Reporting Ensure campus operations adhere to institutional policies and legal/regulatory guidelines.
