Human Resource Intern

CYBORG is a dynamic software development company delivering intelligent systems & data solutions, cloud infrastructure services, and custom applications to clients across the globe. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our HR department and seeking an enthusiastic HR Trainee/Intern to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to assist HR Department in day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the HR team to support and improve internal processes while gaining practical knowledge in a fast-paced, tech-driven work environment. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or students pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related fields who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow professionally. Key Responsibilities: Provide assistance in end-to-end recruitment cycle, employee relations, performance management, attendance management etc. Assist in the day-to-day managerial operations and tasks on various platforms and providing administrative support. Assist in the interview process like sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews and shortlisting, scheduling interviews, plan and coordinate with interview team. Assist in organizing and planning HR approaches, engagement activities, policies, and procedures as and when required. Post and manage job advertisements on various job portals and social networks. Prepare and help create reports on Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents for HR-related matters when required. Required Skills and Qualifications: Basic understanding of recruitment and HR functions. Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace; exposure to LinkedIn or HR tools is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
