Internship Overview

As an HR Intern, you will support daily HR activities, assist with recruitment, help maintain employee records, and contribute to organizational culture initiatives. This is a great opportunity to develop foundational HR skills and learn about people management in the food/FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment: job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews
• Help maintain employee data, attendance, and leave records
• Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
• Draft emails, letters, and other HR communications
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events
• Maintain HR files, records, and documents in an organized manner
• Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative environment
• Positive attitude and team spirit

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
