Job Description: Job Title: Assistant Manager - HRIS Department: HR Location: Gurgaon Experience Range: 4+ years Key Skills: HRIS, Data Management, Implementation, Project Management Job Purpose: This position is for the Ecommerce division of FNP India, FNP UAE, FNP Singapore (fnp.com, fnp.ae & fnp.sg respectively). The hire in this position will be a part of the core technology team participating in the continuous evolution of FNP resulting in systems on the bleeding edge of technology. We are looking for a HRIS specialist to join our team to oversee the implementation and operation of our HRIS. Key Responsibilities: System Implementation and Maintenance: Overseeing the implementation of new HRIS systems or upgrades to existing systems. Ensuring that the HRIS meets the organization's needs and objectives. Managing system configuration, customization, and integration with other systems, wherever required. Data Management and Integrity: Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data stored in the system. Developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures. Regularly auditing data to identify and rectify discrepancies or errors. User Support and Training: Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to HRIS users. Developing and delivering training programs to educate HR staff and other system users on how to effectively utilize the HRIS. Creating user guides and documentation to assist with system usage. Reporting and Analytics: Generating reports and analytics to provide insights into HR metrics and trends. Designing custom reports to meet specific informational needs of HR and other stakeholders. Analyzing data to identify opportunities for process improvements and strategic decision-making. Compliance and Security: Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and other legal requirements. Implementing security measures to protect sensitive HR data from unauthorized access or breaches. Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices related to HRIS security and compliance Project Management: Leading or participating in HRIS-related projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, or process improvements. Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Show more Show less
